Why Was
Raseen Systems Founded?

The founders of Raseen Systems noticed a recurring problem in the Saudi market: business owners were spending valuable time on accounting and tax files instead of focusing on growing their businesses.

And when they turned to external accounting firms, they faced a difficult choice — either firms that didn't understand their accounting system, or accountants who couldn't keep up with ZATCA's requirements.

That's why Raseen Systems was born

2019
Founded in Riyadh
We started with a team of 3 accountants and 12 clients in Riyadh, focused on small and medium-sized businesses.
2020
Expansion with VAT Implementation
We helped more than 60 businesses comply with ZATCA requirements immediately after the VAT rate was raised to 15% — with zero penalties.
2022
Launch of ERP Systems Division
We added direct-system integration as a service, and began serving companies operating on Odoo, Qoyod, SAP, and more.
2024
Surpassed 200 Active Clients
We expanded our coverage to include Jeddah and Dammam alongside Riyadh, with a dedicated team in each region.
